YOU ARE MORE THAN ENOUGH!

YOU ARE MORE THAN ENOUGH!

7 Some nations boast of their chariots and horses,
but we boast in the name of the Lord our God.
8 Those nations will fall down and collapse,
but we will rise up and stand firm.
Psalms 20:7-8 (NLT)

If you have found yourself in a space where you feel you are not moving forward in your journey as fast as you would like, know that you are not stuck. This is part of your growth process.

To unravel from years of following other peoples dreams (and dramas), holding yourself back out of fear, accepting the noise in your head as your truth, and prioritizing other things or people at the sacrifice of living your best life, will take time.

Stepping into a whole new chapter of transformation and growth looks different for everyone. We are all learning and growing at our own pace and in our own way. But what we all have in common is that we will never just “arrive” somewhere and the decisions we are making every day to move forward is not a once-and-for-all decision.

This journey is a life long journey, and it’s happening every day. As every day is not the same, neither are you.

It’s okay if you don’t know what your next move is. It’s okay to doubt yourself, and it’s okay to ask for help. This does not mean you are going backward. This does not mean you are incapable of change. This does not mean you are worthless. It means you are human.

You are so smart, talented, and capable of so much more than you have been led to believe. Trust that you can rise up from anything. And trust that you are constantly moving and growing.

You know that voice that says you’re not enough? The one telling you that you can’t keep up? It’s not God’s voice. I know it’s true, that those negative voices aren’t His, but so many times, I still forget. And I find myself listening to those voices that try to break me. I was struggling a few days ago, beating myself up because of those voices in my head, and feeling like a failure, feeling like I couldn’t measure up.

God is so faithful and kind. He knew my struggle, and He pointed me to Truth from His Word and sent some beautiful people to back it up with words that were louder than the voices in my head. He sent me words of life and hope. I need to remember this: I can trust God to take what I give in this life and to use it for His glory. I’m not the one responsible for the results; He is. And I can rest in that, letting His Truth drown out the lies that come against me.

God equips us for what He calls us to do. He won’t leave us without the resources or the strength we need. Our job is to abide in Him and to lean into His Truth. He takes what we pour out from there, no matter how insignificant or flawed we might think our offering has been, and He makes it into something beautiful. No matter what you face today, you can stand firm through it because of His strength in you. Let’s drown out those voices in our heads with the Truth of God’s Word and stand firm in it. I love that we get to do this together, friends.
